If  you would like to remain on our data base, as a valued client, to help us to comply with GDPR consent requirements, we need you to confirm that you wish to continue to receive our invitations and information for future exhibitions and events we are involved in. We confirm that any details held will only be used for exhibition purposes and will not be available to any third party. When you have given us you name email address, home address and telephone numbers. We will never share these details with a third party, except where we may have to disclose your contact information for courier services to complete the order. These services are instructed not to use the information to use for their own marketing purposes. We will let you know about forthcoming exhibitions we hold or that we are involved with.

This policy applies to information held about clients and prospective clients, suppliers and prospective suppliers, artists, contacts and all other persons about whom Robert Fogell Gallery are in contact with.
